Erin Saulino, Esq. – Owner and Managing Attorney

Erin Saulino, Esq. spent fifteen years in financial regulation. She started working at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange as an Investigator for Foreign Currency, Equity and Options Trading, quickly working her way up to Director of Options Trading Investigations. Later, she was in charge of Options Trading Investigations at NASDAQ PHLX, and then Associate Director in Options Regulation at FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. At FINRA, she focused on best execution, Reg SHO, market access, customer complaints across the various options exchanges.
Continuing with her passion for helping people, Erin followed her dream of opening her own practice so that she could advocate for the those that could easily be taken advantage of, the elderly and those with special needs. As well as helping people prepare for getting older, and plan for the future; Erin is an advocate, a volunteer, she is outspoken for those issues which she cares about deeply. She is active with her children’s sports teams, Girl Scouts, and local community issues.
Erin grew up in Lafayette Hill, and graduated from Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. She then went on to receive her B.A. from The George Washington University, and studied abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France for a year. While working at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, she went to law school at Widener School of Law in Delaware. She is licensed in Pennsylvania. Erin currently lives in Plymouth Meeting with her husband, two children and their two basset hounds, Moose Springsteen and Cowboy.
Crystal Y. Miller, Esq. – Associate Attorney

Crystal Y. Miller, Esq. began her career in the health insurance industry, first as an underwriting consultant and actuarial project manager, then shifting focus to Medicare Advantage as a product development manager and director of New Jersey market operations at Aetna, then ultimately as Chief of Staff for the nationwide Medicare Advantage business at Cigna. Later, she served as Vice President of Medicare Advantage and Vice President of New Market Launch at health care startups, building playbooks and implementing standard processes and procedures to establish their foothold in the healthcare sector and enable for rapid scale and maximum benefit to seniors and the chronically ill.
Crystal’s passion for ensuring and enabling appropriate care for the elderly, at-risk and vulnerable carries over into her legal practice, which has focused exclusively on Elder Law, Estate Planning and Administration, and also into her personal advocacy in volunteering with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Mitzvah Circle, Montgomery County Family Services, and as a Board Member for the Norristown Area Education Foundation. Crystal also serves on the Board of (and sings with) The Choristers, a Montgomery County nonprofit choral group.
Born and raised in Alabama, Crystal moved to the Philadelphia area after completing her bachelors and masters degrees at The University of Alabama to begin her career in health insurance and health care 20 years ago. Crystal attended law school in the evening at Temple Beasley School of Law while working full-time, and completed both a JD and a Master’s in Taxation (LLM) with a certificate in Estate Planning. Crystal resides in Collegeville, PA, and can be found running with the Norristown Run Club most weekends.
